Framatome Acquires Trillium Flow Technologies France, Strengthening Its Valves Product Line

Framatome completed this acquisition from the British group Trillium Flow Technologies. With a recognized expertise in its field and supplying more than 170 nuclear reactors worldwide, Trillium Flow Technologies France specializes in the design and manufacture of safety valves and provides related services for the nuclear, petrochemical, aerospace, and process industries. In particular, the company designs and manufactures critical valves used in the nuclear industry for both new-built reactor projects and reactors currently in operation, including spare parts and maintenance services. It notably has production, machining, welding, assembly, and testing capabilities.

SebimNow joining Framatome's Valves product line, Trillium Flow Technologies France is changing its name to Sebim, with a new visual identity. 

Framatome's Valves product line now consists of four companies: Vanatome* and Segault*, Valserve and Sebim, further confirming Framatome's commitment to serving the nuclear, defense, and other industries requiring high-performance solutions.

Sebim employs a total of 330 people and operates two production sites in the country, in Saint-Victoret, in the Bouches-du-Rhône department, and in Vendin-le-Vieil, in the Pas-de-Calais department. A major player in the safety of pressurized systems, Sebim is active in the manufacture of valves, alloys, parts, and structures for the liquefied natural gas market, offshore oil and gas activities, floating units, and also has expertise in mechanisms, power transmission systems, and flight controls for aerospace applications.
