The “Rencontres Énergisantes by GreenYellow” are designed as dedicated gatherings bringing together clients, prospects, partners, and local economic stakeholders around flagship energy transition projects.
On the agenda: site visits, feedback from experience, exchanges between regional professionals, and discussions on key topics such as photovoltaics, solar self-consumption, decarbonization, the electrification of uses, and energy independence - supporting the competitiveness of C&I (Commerce & Industry) players. These meetings provide valuable opportunities to share expertise, address operational questions, and spark new ideas for sustainable and resilient projects firmly rooted in local territories.
City Dock by Panattoni integrates a photovoltaic plant to improve the energy performance of its site
City Dock by Panattoni is a model of an urban and modular business park, whose very first French example is located in Moissy-Cramayel. Designed according to the most demanding environmental standards, the site notably includes a rooftop photovoltaic plant installed on its four buildings. The company entrusted GreenYellow with the design, financing, installation, operation, and smart management of this 1.2 MWp project.
This project is part of a broader strategy to solarize developed land, meeting French regulatory requirements that mandate photovoltaic installations on new buildings in the tertiary and logistics sectors. A founding member of the Afilog Charter signed in 2021, Panattoni has long been committed to improving the solarization of its sites.
A structuring and efficient photovoltaic project
Selected as part of the CRE tender – May 2024 session, the project was commissioned in October 2025.
Its main features include:
- 3,000 photovoltaic panels installed on the rooftops
- Total installed capacity: 1.2 MWp across 12,000 m² of buildings
- Estimated annual production: 1.2 GWh of carbon-free electricity, 100% injected into the grid, equivalent to the annual consumption of +450 inhabitants
- Emissions reduction: 60 tonnes of CO₂ per year
GreenYellow and Panattoni France have signed a 30-year civil lease, with full financing of the project led by GreenYellow. The electricity produced is recovered thanks to the tariff allocated by the CRE, guaranteeing the economic sustainability of the installation in the long term.
A key lever for regulatory compliance and building certification
This project enables Panattoni to fully comply with the requirements of the APER law, which mandates that at least 50% of the roofs of new buildings be covered with photovoltaic installations.
The implementation of the solar system is also a decisive factor in obtaining BREEAM certification, strengthening the site’s environmental performance, attractiveness, and long-term value.
GreenYellow, a partner in the energy transition of local territories
Through this edition of the Rencontres Énergisantes in Moissy-Cramayel, GreenYellow reaffirms its role as a trusted partner for players in the tertiary and logistics real estate sectors, capable of transforming regulatory constraints into opportunities for sustainable value creation.
“With the Rencontres Énergisantes, our objective is to create opportunities for concrete exchanges around real projects, closely aligned with the regulatory and operational challenges faced by local stakeholders. The project carried out with Panattoni in Moissy-Cramayel illustrates our ability to support players in the tertiary and logistics real estate sectors in implementing integrated, high-performance, and long-term secure photovoltaic solutions,” says Mathieu CAMBET, Deputy General Manager GreenYellow France
The Rencontres Énergisantes initiative will continue soon with a new stop organized at the Schneider Electric site in Grenoble, further bringing together committed stakeholders around concrete energy transition projects.
