A graduate of Centrale Supélec and holder of a board director certificate from Sciences Po, Anne brings extensive experience in the energy, environment, and mobility sectors.

She began her career at Veolia, where she spent 16 years, including 8 years in Asia. A committed advocate for the energy transition, she has been an independent board member of Waga Energy since 2024 — an innovative company in biomethane production — and supports Mobility Metrix's growth strategy.

Through her strategic vision and deep understanding of B2B markets, Anne De Bagneux in her new position at GreenYellow, will actively contribute to GreenYellow's business development and sustainable growth.
Her main responsibilities will include:
  • Defining and implementing the Group’s commercial strategy in line with the overall strategic roadmap.

  • Strengthening client relationships and enhancing the company’s ability to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.

“We are very pleased to welcome Anne De Bagneux to our Executive Committee. Her operational expertise, in-depth knowledge of the energy sector, and proven ability to lead large-scale transformations will be valuable assets in supporting our ambitious strategic goals. In a context where energy efficiency is becoming a key driver of competitiveness and decarbonization, her experience will be instrumental in strengthening our impact and meeting our clients’ expectations,” said Otmane Hajji, President of GreenYellow.

“Joining GreenYellow at this key moment in its development is a great opportunity. I am convinced that the energy transition relies on concrete, decentralized, and high-performance solutions. The third-party investment model promoted by the Group addresses these very challenges — by removing economic barriers to action and accelerating decarbonization projects while maintaining competitiveness. I’m delighted to bring my experience to an agile, committed company that makes impact a true driver of sustainable growth,” added Anne De Bagneux, Group Chief Commercial Officer.
