Beyond his experience in private practice, Mr. Tulin served as a law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware for Magistrate Judge Christopher J. Burke, where he gained considerable experience in one of the country’s busiest and most influential patent litigation dockets.
The existing Gish PLLC team previously practiced with Mr. Tulin at Skadden Arps. Mr. Tulin received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, and his B.S. in Biochemical and Biophysical Sciences from the University of Houston.

Gish PLLC announced today that Edward Tulin has joined the firm as a Partner. Mr. Tulin was previously Counsel in the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, where he practiced patent, trade secrets, and copyright litigation and counseling for more than fourteen years. Mr. Tulin has successfully represented numerous Fortune 500 technology companies in complex intellectual property litigation in the fields of biochemical processes, pharmaceutical products, medical devices, electrical engineering, semiconductors, computer software, mechanical engineering, and environmental engineering. His practice focuses on disputes in U.S. District Courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the International Trade Commission.
