PARLYM Group announces the acquisition of KURY Ingénierie and KURY UK and strengthens its nuclear expertise.

This strategic transaction forms part of the PARLYM Group’s development strategy and significantly strengthens its capabilities in engineering and services dedicated to the nuclear industry, in France and the United Kingdom.
 
With the integration of the KURY companies, the PARLYM Group consolidates its position as a major player in industrial engineering and expands its service offering, particularly in the key areas of systems engineering, nuclear safety, and electrical and control & instrumentation (E&C/I) within the nuclear sector. The complementarity of expertise and teams will enable the Group to support increasingly complex, demanding and structuring projects for the industry.
 
KURY Ingénierie will continue to operate under its existing brand within the PARLYM Group, maintaining its identity, technical expertise, and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. This acquisition reflects the Group’s strategy of leveraging recognized know-how while developing sustainable operational synergies.
