You may not know her. Yet, you have probably already used one of her platforms.
Founded in 2012, the company Mirakl is a French software editor that helps e-commerce and B2B actors shape their own "marketplace."
Marketplaces, to allow client companies to aggregate partner sellers, expand their catalog, increase their volume of activity, and therefore generate more revenue.
Mirakl accompanies well-known clients. They are called Carrefour, Maison du Monde, or Galeries Lafayette. The company promises to offer them tools to compete against Tech giants, starting with the behemoth Amazon.
In a troubled macroeconomic context, including for e-commerce, Mirakl has nevertheless just announced a "record year" in 2022: $6 billion in business volume and $135 million in annual recurring revenue, for the unicorn valued at over $3 billion and entered the very exclusive "centaurs" club.
