This week, the focus will be on employees' purchasing power. With Benjamin Suchar, president and founder of Worklife, a company that centralizes employee benefits from companies onto a single payment card, as well as through an application.

The benefits in question range from meal vouchers to personal services, to sustainable mobility allowances, covering, according to Worklife, more than 100,000 employees.

The stated objective is to "manage, animate, and enhance" a company's social policy, in a context where inflation reached 5.6% in September, according to figures from Insee.

Committed, Benjamin Suchar had authored an op-ed in Le Monde last summer, on the occasion of the examination of the bill for the protection of purchasing power, urging companies to take action, not to wait for everything from politics. We will also revisit this in this episode.
